Australian born but to British parents, Mitchell started his county career with Yorkshire in 2005. After a promising opening, he has been blighted with injuries; however, as one of the quickest bowlers on the county circuit on his day, Mitchell has the raw talent to develop into one of the country’s finest quick bowlers.
